Job Summary

Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support operations. Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor functions as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Other related duties may be assigned.

  • Perform general manual labor, including:
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • Loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles.
  • Digging, refilling, and general site preparation tasks.
  • Assisting team members with various operational duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, sanitation, or recycling is helpful-but not required.
  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work including bending, lifting, standing, and sorting for extended periods.
  • Willing to work in outdoor or warehouse environments and wear provided PPE.
  • Must be dependable, on time, and ready to work the full assignment duration.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
