Material Runner/ Laborer | Springfield, MO
*Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role - local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.*
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Pick up construction materials from suppliers and deliver them safely to job sites.
  • Verify materials before pickup and delivery to ensure accuracy.
  • Return unused materials to suppliers.
  • Upload delivery and return documentation into the appropriate job files.
  • Retrieve materials and equipment from job sites as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Organize and maintain stock and storage areas.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Assist the Fleet Manager with maintaining company vehicles.
  • Help maintain accurate material inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends.

***Must currently live within ~30 miles of Springfield (local candidates recommended)***
Preferred:
  • Previous roofing or construction experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
