CONSTRUCTION LABORER - $22-25/hr + Overtime

Description:

A reputable company is hiring Construction Laborers to support large-scale data center construction projects. In this role, you will assist with site preparation, concrete support activities, and earthwork operations while working alongside experienced crews. This position offers consistent work, extensive overtime opportunities, and the chance to develop valuable construction skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dirt surfaces for concrete crews by shoveling, raking, and leveling jobsite areas.

• Assist with site preparation and earthwork activities to support ongoing construction operations.

• Operate a remote trench roller/compactor (training provided).

• Work closely with equipment operators and laborers as part of a small construction crew.

• Support concrete pours and site development activities as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all company and jobsite safety policies and procedures.

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently to help keep projects on schedule.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ year of construction, general labor, or outdoor work experience.

• Experience using shovels, rakes, and common hand tools.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor construction environment.

• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and active jobsites.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Commitment to safety and following established procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
