Position Overview:
The Electrical Laborer supports electrical crews on commercial and heavy civil projects byassistingininstallation, maintenance, andcleanupactivities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career inthe electricaltrade while working in afast-pacedconstruction environment. The Electrical Laborer will work under thedirection of Electricians and Superintendents to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently,and according to project specifications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assistelectricians with installing,maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
  • Perform material handling, staging, and jobsite set up for electrical work.
  • Pull wire, installconduitandassistwith basic electrical tasks as directed.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools, and heavy equipment safely and properly.
  • Maintaina clean, organized, and safejobsitesat all times.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite rules.
  • Assist with trenching, backfilling, hand digging, and concrete work related to electrical installations.
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Support daily production goals whilemaintainingquality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
  • Ability to communicate and work well with coworkers and customers.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Dedicated and hardworking; strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Lift and carry up to80 lbs.

  • Must adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE usage.

Qualifications/Education

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior construction or electrical experience is a plus.
