As of Jun 20, 2026, the average hourly pay for laborer helper in Wisconsin is $17.50, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $15.10 and $19.09 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

Laborer helpers typically do not earn $10,000 a month without specialized skills or experience. High-paying jobs that can reach this level often involve skilled trades, sales, or entrepreneurship, but most require experience, certifications, or specific training rather than just a job title. Achieving such income usually involves advanced skills, certifications, or working in high-demand industries.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Laborer Helper, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Laborer Helper, you need physical stamina, basic tool handling skills, and, in many cases, a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with common construction tools, safety equipment, and sometimes OSHA safety certifications is typically expected. Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions make someone stand out in this position. These skills are crucial for maintaining job site safety, supporting efficient operations, and contributing effectively to team projects.

What are Laborer Helpers?

Laborer Helpers are workers who assist skilled laborers and tradespeople by performing tasks that require less skill. Their duties often include cleaning and preparing job sites, carrying materials, using hand tools, and helping set up equipment. They work in various industries, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance. Laborer Helpers play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly by supporting more experienced workers and maintaining safety standards.

How can I make 2000 a week working from home?

A laborer helper role typically involves on-site physical work and does not usually offer work-from-home opportunities. To earn $2000 weekly, one would need to work multiple jobs, secure high-paying positions, or develop specialized skills that allow for remote work in related fields such as construction consulting, project management, or skilled trades with remote components. Most laborer helper positions are not designed for remote work, so increasing income may require additional training or transitioning to different roles.

What is a laborer helper?

A laborer helper is an entry-level worker who assists skilled laborers in construction, maintenance, or other manual tasks. They often perform tasks such as carrying materials, cleaning work sites, and supporting tradespeople, typically requiring physical stamina and basic safety knowledge. The role may involve operating simple tools and working under supervision in various environments.

What jobs pay 2000 a day?

Laborer helpers typically do not earn $2000 a day; such high daily wages are usually associated with specialized roles like skilled trades, contractors, or high-level construction managers. These positions often require advanced skills, certifications, or extensive experience and may involve working in high-risk environments or on large projects.

What are some common challenges faced by Laborer Helpers and how can they be managed effectively?

Laborer Helpers often work in physically demanding environments, which can present challenges such as fatigue, repetitive tasks, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Effective time management, proper use of personal protective equipment, and maintaining good communication with team members can help mitigate these challenges. Additionally, staying attentive to safety protocols and seeking guidance from more experienced workers can ensure a safer and more productive work experience.
