The Paving Crew Laborer plays a crucial role in supporting paving projects through manual labor and equipment operation. Working closely within small local crews, this role involves preparing work sites, assisting team members, and ensuring safety compliance under the guidance of a Crew Supervisor. Responsibilities

  • Prepare paving sites including shoveling and sweeping
  • Operate basic tools and equipment such as rakes, wheel barrows, shovels, lutes, and brooms
