Job description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Laborer to assist our lead contractor on active building projects. This role is hands-on and requires a strong understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety practices.ย 
This is a Monday-Friday position, 10 AM - 6 PM.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the main contractor with daily construction tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
  • Operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment.
  • Prepare job sites, load/unload materials, and keep work areas clean.
  • Follow instructions accurately and work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:
  • MUST have prior construction experience (this is not an entry-level position).
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and building plans.
  • Proficiency with power tools and general construction equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
