We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Traditional Labor Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our labor practice, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and advancing their labor-related interests.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide expert guidance and representation in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration
โ€ข Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board
โ€ข Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
โ€ข Develop and implement effective labor strategies, working closely with clients to achieve their goals
โ€ข Conduct thorough research and analysis, providing insightful recommendations to clients
Requirements:
โ€ข 7+ years of experience in traditional labor law, with a focus on collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration
โ€ข Excellent academic credentials, with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
