Job description

Technical Product Manager – Digital for Global Diagnostic Results

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering digital products that improve the customer experience globally across Antech’s ecosystem, including Point-of-Care, Reference Laboratory, and customer‑facing platforms.

Target Pay Range: $129,000 - $161,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the vision, strategy, and priorities for assigned digital products.
  • Translate customer, commercial, and business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Lead products through discovery, development, and optimization following launch.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through research, feedback, product data, and market insights.
  • Partner with Technical Leads to evaluate feasibility, architecture, integrations, security, and scalability.
  • Partner with Program Management to establish governance, manage dependencies, track milestones, and support execution.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, IT, Marketing, Medical, Training, Finance, Strategy, and Sales to support successful product delivery.
  • Prepare and present product recommendations, business cases, risks, and performance updates.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Define and track key performance indicators related to adoption, customer experience, product performance, and business impact.
  • Use data and customer insights to prioritize product improvements and future investments.
  • Support clear roles and collaboration across Technical Product Management, Technical Leads, and Program Management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Seven or more years of experience in technical product management, digital product management, software development, diagnostics, or a related field.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, defining customer requirements, prioritizing work, and supporting product launches.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional technical and commercial teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in animal health, veterinary diagnostics, healthcare, medical devices, laboratory diagnostics, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with digital portals, laboratory systems, Point‑of‑Care products, practice information management systems, or integrated digital platforms.
  • Experience in a global organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong technical product management and product lifecycle experience.
  • Ability to develop clear customer requirements.
  • Understanding of software development, digital platforms, integrations, APIs, data workflows, and user experience.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex global environment.
  • Knowledge of product development, product discovery, stage‑gate processes, and program governance.
Travel & Working Conditions

Travel: 10% of time is notable travel.

This position operates in a professional office, laboratory, manufacturing, and production environment, requiring collaboration with cross‑functional teams across Research & Development, Operations, Manufacturing, and Service functions. Work may involve time spent in laboratory and production areas supporting product development, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing activities while adhering to all applicable safety procedures and PPE requirements. The role may require standing for extended periods, moving between work environments, and handling light equipment or materials. Collaboration across multiple time zones will require flexible working hours.
