We are a well-established dental laboratory (a manufacturing business) located in Burlingame and seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual for receptionist position who can work in a fast pace environment in an organized and efficient manner. Holding open interviews Friday March 6, 2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00pm

Position Responsibilities:

· Answering high volume of calls, taking messages, screening calls on multi-line phone
· Placing and processing orders
· Communicate and coordinate with clients
· Filing and other clerical tasks
· Data entry
· Other duties as assigned by managers
