An established and growing scientific testing organization is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing laboratory business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is a highly visible leadership position with full responsibility for business performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team while driving profitable growth, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening relationships with key customers.

This role is ideal for a proven laboratory, operations, or business leader who enjoys building teams, improving performance, and creating sustainable growth within a regulated testing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Leadership
  • Own the financial performance of the site, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives that expand market presence and customer relationships.
