Job Title:ย Operator 1, Packaging Operations (ย Laboratory Manufacturing)
Duration: 06+ monthsย 
Location: San Diego, CA 92130.
Shift Days/Time:ย Monday-Friday, 12:30PM to 9:00PM
Pay Rate: XX27.50 on W2ย

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or laboratory experience

  • Science and/or manufacturing background required

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill liquid antibodies into small vials in a laboratory environment

  • Use laboratory dispensing and measuring tools for accurate filling and packaging

  • Follow SOPs, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

  • Prepare, organize, and stage materials (vials, labels, reagents, paperwork)

  • Perform labeling, inspection, and packaging of finished products

  • Maintain accurate production, batch, and inventory records

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with high quality

  • Input packaging data into SAP or other production systems

  • Participate in shift meetings and support safety and EH&S programs

  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment

  • Follow all safety, quality, and departmental procedures

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to learn new tasks and follow detailed instructions

  • Basic math skills and understanding of the metric system
