Novant Health is seeking an experienced Lab Manager to lead our Clinical Laboratory operations across our South Carolina Region.

As the Lab Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for laboratory services, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and team performance. You'll collaborate with physicians, hospital leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of accurate, reliable, and timely laboratory results that support outstanding patient outcomes.
In this role, you will:
-Lead and oversee daily laboratory operations across multiple hospital locations

- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, accreditation, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or Chemistry. MBA or MHA preferred
Experience: Minimum of five years recent previous experience in the management of clinical laboratory of an acute care hospital
Must have experience with regulatory and accreditation requirements of laboratory operations, including CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and CMS
Other Qualifications: An understanding of current trends in clinical laboratory services and operations and knowledge of quality, statistical concepts preferred
