New Image Dental Laboratory, a leader in dental prosthetics, is seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. This position is essential to our operation, involving daily deliveries and pick-ups from our clients' offices throughout the region. This is an on-site job based near the Atlanta airport, offering a structured schedule without the demands of nights or weekends, ensuring work-life balance for our team members.
The ideal candidate will be an extension of our company in the field, demonstrating professionalism and ensuring efficient communication between New Image Dental Laboratory and our respected clientele. As a delivery driver, you will be equipped with a company vehicle and company-provided communication tools, enhancing your ability to perform your duties seamlessly. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery and pick up of dental cases from doctor's offices as scheduled
  • Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries and vehicle mileage
  • Inspect and maintain the company vehicle; report any malfunctions or needed repairs
  • Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Load and unload items with care to prevent damage
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with clients to foster positive relationships
  • Communicate effectively with the management team regarding delivery statuses and issues
  • Handle documentation related to deliveries, including the use of electronic devices provided by the company
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all transported items
  • Participate in regular training and safety meetings
  • Assist with additional logistical or warehouse duties when not driving
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass drug screen(s)
  • Experience in a delivery role preferred, but not required
  • Ability to operate and navigate a range of vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to load and unload heavy items and to sit for extended periods of time
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
