Job description

Job Title: Delivery Driver – Dental Laboratory

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to support our dental laboratory operations. This role is responsible for the timely and safe pickup and delivery of dental cases, materials, and appliances between dental offices and the laboratory. In addition to driving duties, this position includes light office and administrative support such as restocking supplies, preparing cases for shipment, and assisting with billing processes. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and ensure all items are handled with care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver dental cases, impressions, appliances, and related materials to and from dental offices according to scheduled routes.

  • Verify items during pickup and delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Package and prepare outgoing dental cases for delivery or shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.

  • Assist with billing processes by organizing, documenting, and inputting case information as required.

  • Restock office and laboratory supplies, maintaining inventory levels and organization.

  • Maintain proper handling and storage of sensitive dental products to avoid damage or contamination.

  • Communicate effectively with dental office staff and lab personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or special instructions.

  • Keep accurate delivery logs, obtain signatures, and manage documentation as required.

  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.

  • Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly.

  • Support general office and lab operations during downtime between delivery routes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
