As an Analyst I in our Durham, NC lab,you'llbe responsible forassistingmultiple projects where you will haveincreasinginteraction with our multi-disciplinary staff, regulatoryagenciesand clients. You will be part ofa strong teamof committed professionals.

The compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, commiserate to skills, and geographic location.

To thrive in this role,you'llbe comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:

  • Quantitative sample analysis by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
  • Preparation of data summaries for inclusion in client reports.
  • Sample and standard preparation
  • Instrument calibration and validation
  • Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining organized records of sample preparation and analysis, equipment maintenance and data collected off site
  • Maintain consumables and parts for instruments
  • Overhead projects designed to improve efficiency of, or accuracy of analyses
  • Communicating relevant updates to applicable people in a timely manner
  • Ability to work on multiple batches with only minimal instruction from their supervisor
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Company
  • Compliance with Onterris Quality Assurance Program and other policies
  • Compliance with Company's Health and Safety Plan
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Their documentation, timeliness, and throughput must meet the standard of the laboratory.
  • Instrument maintenance and simple troubleshooting are skills that are present to at least a moderate degree
