Your job duties may include cleaning up job sites, assisting skilled workers with tools and equipment, and setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolds, cones, and barricades. You may have informal day labor work arrangements with contractors or subcontractors, and as you build relationships with your employers, you can gain more permanent employment.
