What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Pool Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service pool side by preparing, serving, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. This role ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greeting guests warmly and replenish food and beverages

  • Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages

  • Prepare service areas, and spaces before and after service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous manner

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

  • Assist with setup and breakdown for special functions

  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

3 days a week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Part Time:

10:30am-7pm

$15 per hour, plus 18% included service charges

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Server experience required

  • Bartending experience preferred

  • Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

  • Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
