Construction Labor

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Support the team in completing projects on time by adhering to schedules and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
