Master Plumber

Location: Virginia Beach, VA 23454

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our team and help manage and build out a new plumbing division within our multifamily renovation business. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding our service offerings and ensuring the highest quality plumbing work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all plumbing operations for multifamily renovation projects.
  • Manage and build out the plumbing division, including hiring, training, and supervising plumbing staff.
  • Plan, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Estimate materials, labor, and project timelines for plumbing work.
  • Ensure all plumbing work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
  • Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Virginia is preferred
  • Proven experience managing plumbing projects, preferably in multifamily or commercial renovation.
