About the Role:
Bradley Real Estate LLC is looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to join their team in Menasha, WI! This is a hands-on opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to quality construction projects in the area. We do not do traveling work and our team is home every night.  If you take pride in your work and love seeing a project come together, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Pour, spread, and level concrete on flatwork, slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and foundations
  • Use hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces to specified grades and textures
  • Apply curing compounds and sealers to protect finished concrete surfaces
  • Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and project specifications
  • Set forms and screeds to guide concrete placement and ensure proper elevation
  • Monitor concrete consistency and make adjustments as needed during pours
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in concrete finishing, flatwork, or general concrete construction
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power trowels, bull floats, and screeds
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
  • Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Valid driver's license preferred
