About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Labor Management Analyst. This role supports labor management activities by assisting with labor models, analyzing business and workforce data, supporting store labor allocation in the WFM system, and helping identify opportunities for improvement. This position is hybrid, working three days a week in office from our Houston office, and will report to the Sr. Manager of Labor Management.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Assist with maintaining labor models, partnering with FP&A to support alignment with payroll strategy.
• Support the development and maintenance of seasonal staffing guidance to provide field leadership with staffing information for peak demands while managing payroll spend.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, sharing insights with stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Collect and analyze sales and payroll data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support labor optimization.
• Assist with developing reports and visualizations using tools including WFM, Excel, and BI tools.
• Support Retail Operations with data analysis and reporting.
• On a weekly basis, review business forecasts and support labor allocation adjustments to help meet financial obligations.
• Track workload requests and help identify appropriate periods for execution while supporting budget guidelines.
• Provide support to the WFM system, including responding to field requests, answering support tickets, updating configurations, and addressing data feed errors under guidance.
• Periodically review and update store operating hours for seasonal fluctuations, holidays, and as-needed exceptions.
• Support additional projects, tasks, and reporting as needed.
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1-2 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations, finance, analytics, or a related field or internship, coursework, or project experience with data analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems or willingness to learn.
• Exposure to business intelligence and reporting tools, such as MicroStrategy, Cognos, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with data visualization software, such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools, a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced Excel skills preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office product suite.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to review data, summarize findings, and communicate observations.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance priorities, stay organized, and follow established processes in a deadline-driven environment.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates.
• In office position, up to 3 days a week from our Houston office.
