Role: Picker/Machine Operator/Material Handler/Assembler.  

Location: Vandalia, OH, USA  
Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm. - Pay -10.50$hr                                   
                             2nd shift: 3.00pm -11.30pm. - Pay-10.75$hr 
Work Hours: 8 to 12 hours/Day, 6-7 Days/Week.  
Benefit's: Health Coverage.  

Responsibilities for respective Positions:  

Packer :   
  • Build cardboard boxes for display of products.  
  • Perform duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations, and sorting.   
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the line leader.  
  • Maintain the work area, keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations. 
  • Break down cardboard for recycling.  
  • May be required to use a staple gun and glue gun.  
 
Machine Operator:   
  • Run baler machine to compress and bind cardboard.  
  • Maintain the work area, keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations. Break down cardboard for recycling.  
  • Open chamber doors and remove bales.  
  • Glasses, sleeves, gloves, and safety vest required.  
  • Set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment per the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.  
  • Basic Requirement that consultant must do:
  • Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs. 
  • Must have the ability to read and write instructions. 
  • Bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.
