About the role

Pestie is seeking a Product Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to help guide our product portfolio through a complex and evolving regulatory environment. This role will serve as a key partner to Product Development, Operations, and Leadership by ensuring products comply with federal, state, and industry requirements.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in pesticide/herbicide regulation, EPA-regulated products, registration management, or regulatory consulting.

This position is based onsite at our headquarters in Bluffdale, Utah. Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates.

What you'll do
  • Lead regulatory strategy for new and existing products
  • Manage EPA and state registration activities
  • Review labels, claims, and product communications for compliance
  • Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business
  • Coordinate with regulatory consultants and testing organizations
  • Assess compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support commercialization efforts through regulatory guidance
  • Maintain regulatory records and submission documentation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support compliant product launches
  • Testing and testing guidelines
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Entomology, Agriculture, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience supporting regulated products throughout their lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in pesticides, crop protection, specialty chemicals, consumer products, environmental compliance, or related industries preferred
