A leading Children's apparel Company is seeking associate designers for our Infant, Toddler and Big Girl Departments. Great opportunity in growing divisions within a stable company. Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Assist the senior designer with sketching of product line
  • Responsible for maintaining tech packs for sample making and production
  • Create and update line sheets
  • Communicate and relay information to Product development, Tech and sourcing departments
  • Approvals of all submits from factories (ex - fabrics, trim, colors)
  • Knowledge of garment construction
  • Must have knowledge of illustrator program
  • Team player
  • Must be organized, dependable, flexible and responsible
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to maintain a schedule and meet deadlines

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience in PLM
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Children's Wear
