To thrive as a Lab Volunteer, you need a basic understanding of laboratory safety, scientific methods, and often some coursework in biology or chemistry. Familiarity with standard lab equipment, safety protocols, and data recording systems is commonly required. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork skills help volunteers contribute effectively to research projects.
