Solaris Diagnostics is a fast-growing clinical laboratory committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. We're expanding our mobile team and looking for skilled professionals who are ready to make a difference every day
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends and participation in an on-call schedule.
What You'll Do:
  • Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
  • Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation
  • Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
  • Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision
  • Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
  • Must maintain a good driving record
  • Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
  • Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver's license.
  • Smartphone for communication and routing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
