NOW HIRING: LAB TECH

We are currently seeking a Lab Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play an essential role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products while contributing to process improvements and innovations in a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate, monitor, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure they function at optimal levels
  • Test and qualify raw materials, finished products, rework materials, and returns to ensure they meet company and industry standards
  • Identify and implement continuous process and quality improvements to enhance laboratory performance
  • Participate in R&D projects as requested, supporting the development of new processes and products
  • Order chemicals and laboratory supplies to maintain smooth laboratory operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all finished product analysis, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
  • Assist the Safety & Environmental Coordinator with monitoring, sampling, and ensuring all laboratory activities comply with safety protocols and environmental guidelines
  • Perform other related tasks as required by management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 months of experience working in a laboratory environment
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management
  • Familiarity with laboratory procedures, equipment calibration, and testing protocols
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
