Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Lab Tech!

Partners Dentures & Implants, a leading dental clinic in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant and/or Dental Lab Tech to join our team. As a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Lab Tech at our clinic/lab, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on patient satisfaction. If you are passionate about dental care and looking to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate dental crowns, dentures, and implants
  • Assist with cosmetic, implant, restorative, surgery, etc. dental procedures
  • Ensure patient satisfaction through chair side care and quality work
  • Take X-rays and assist with sterilization
  • Provide excellent patient care and support

Required Skills:

  • Experience in dental lab work prefered but training available
  • Knowledge of basic life support and health care practices
  • Ability to fabricate dental prosthetics
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and sterilization procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with dental collections and reimbursement
  • OSHA certification
  • Fluency in English; Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
  • Experience with reporting and record-keeping

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $42,000 - $73,000 per year
