Schedule
Days: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with potential for 4 10-hour shifts. On-call required.
Job Description
The Cath Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with the performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The Technician is responsible for performing studies timely, under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services, while ensuring high-quality care for patients.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • Monitor patients and operate imaging equipment.
  • Scrub, X-ray, and ensure safety during procedures.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • ARRT or RCIS certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in Cardiac/Peripheral Cath.
  • Ability to scrub, X-ray, and monitor patients during procedures.
