Position: Dental Lab Technician โ€“ 2nd Shift (2p-11p)

Location: Huntsville, AL

Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. If you have an interest in any of the following areas, we provide great entry-level positions that grow into lifelong careers!

  • CAD/CAM technology

  • Operation of equipment such as hand pieces, casting machines, burnout ovens, etc.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and/or repair dental appliances
  • Construct prostheses by following the dentistโ€™s prescription
  • Correct dental irregularities by manufacturing fixed or removable appliances
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPโ€™s) and dental prescriptions
  • Adhere to lab processes, procedures, and industry standards
  • Demonstrate time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ensure timely manufacturing of cases
  • Collaborate with other dental lab technicians and troubleshoot problems

Required experience:

  • 1 year of experience in artistry, CAD/CAM, production, construction, food industry, or any other position requiring manual dexterity (hairdresser, mechanic, jeweler, sewer, carpenter, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read and write
  • Must be a willing worker with a great attitude!
  • No prior dental experience necessary. We will train you!
