The Target Pay for this position is $61,000. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

Job Purpose/Overview

Prepares samples, sets up instruments, runstestsand reads/interprets, and releases results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function.   • Must be proficient in at least three clinical areas

  • Responsible for performing tests such as Parasitology, Hematology,Chemistryand Serology

  • Process and prepare samples

  • Perform all required quality control per QualityAssuranceguidelines

  • Traininall areas to include Specimen Processing, Chemistry, Hematology,UA,andCoagulantaccording to all SOP's

  • Oversee the entering and releasing of results

  • Read UA slides atthe required rate

  • Reconcile pending list

  • Performother duties as assigned
