Job Summary:
Under the supervision of a Laboratory Supervisor, the Senior Clinical Lab Scientist is responsible while working: for specimen processing, test performance , test result reporting, clerical and patient care support services with a high level of accuracy, precision and timeliness while ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory agency standards; acting as the technical reference person for other generalists, supports their assigned department and others as needed and assists with the training and competency of CLSs and MLTs as needed.
