Job Title: Lab Support Engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA & San Diego, CA (Onsite) Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Lab Support Engineer to manage and support lab environments, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in test labs, R&D environments, or enterprise IT setups. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for lab infrastructure, including desktops, servers, and network devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain lab equipment, test systems, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network-related issues in a timely manner
  • Support lab users, engineers, and developers with technical issues
  • Manage asset tracking, inventory, and lab documentation
