About the Role:

Do you have strongproject management and lab relocationskills?


You will be the go-to person on-site, supporting lab moves from planning through execution, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.


As the single on-site point of contact, you will coordinate timelines and logistics, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, and manage accurate asset inventory, tagging, and labeling throughout the relocation. You will help ensure compliance with regulatory, OSHA, FDA, and GMP requirements and draw on 2 to 5 years of project coordination experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact during laboratory relocations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Project Planning & Logistics:Assist in the development of relocation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Asset Inventory, Tagging and Labelling:Responsibility to conduct accurate asset inventories matching customer asset registers against physical assets in the lab, creating gaps analysis and tagging/labelling assets for the move to the new location.
  • Customer Liaison:Serve as the single POC on site for the customer, supporting by answering questions, providing information, directing updates where needed and managing our relationship directly with end users and key stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Liaise with third-party vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Compliance & Safety:Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, GMP) is maintained throughout the move.
  • Issue Resolution:Identify and mitigate relocation risks, troubleshoot logistical issues, and escalate challenges as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of project progress, relocation schedules, and vendor interactions.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of project coordination or project management experience (preferably in life sciences, or laboratory operations).
  • Experience in laboratory relocations, facilities management, or supply chain/logistics is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with researchers, lab managers, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or other PM tools is a plus.
  • A "can do" customer centric attitude along with being able to think and pivot quickly using your own initiative.
  • The ability to work in pressurized situations and environments.
