The Radiology Patient Navigator supports the Mission and Core Values of Trinity Health by ensuring safe, timely, and coordinated communication of radiology results and follow-up care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

This role functions as a key operational liaison within Radiology, responsible for managing critical results communication, escalation workflows, and follow-up tracking to promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient diagnostic care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Sciences, Nursing, Public Health or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology, healthcare operations, or care coordination is required.
