Join a team where your expertise drives diagnosis, innovation, and teaching. As a key member of our clinical laboratory, you will perform and report a wide range of routine and highly complex analyses across multiple lab sections-directly impacting patient diagnosis, treatment decisions, and clinical outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Determines normal and abnormal components of body fluids by conducting chemical analyses of blood, urine, spinal fluids, and gastric juices.

  • Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures

  • Ensures operation of analyzers and all laboratory equipment

Position Hours:

Per Diem - primarily day shifts, some evenings may be requested. Must be available for EPIC Training, day shift, M-F

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology from an accredited college/university or Associate's Degree in an MLT certification program.

  • MT, MLS or MLT-ASCP or equivalent level certification by one of the professional societies. Or must be eligible to obtain certification within the first year of employment.

  • Prior experience preferred, in one or more of the following: Blood Bank, Microbiology, Bacteriology, Virology, Parasitology, Mycology, Mycobacteriology, Immunology, Molecular Diagnostics, Core Lab, Hematology, Coagulation, Routine Chemistry, Urinalysis), and Special Chemistry.

  • Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position

Pay Range:$30.10 - $48.15

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
