Job Description

Actual Job Title is Lab Manager. 
Lab Manager will be working on a bus that will involve consistent cross-country travel. The person for this role must have the ability to present to high-level executives and hopefully has done something similar previously. 
The support for the bus requires the candidate to perform the roles of Lab Manager and Brand Ambassador. 
Currently, there are a number of events on the calendar including dry-run/testing and demonstrations in the US West & East cost. 
Lab Manager Role: 
REQUIREMENTS 
Verify readiness of demo systems prior to an event. Readiness of systems including but not limited to servers, routers, switches, screens, AC system and demo control system. 
Verify readiness of demo accessories prior to an event. Readiness of accessories including but not limited to tablets, mobile phones and VR gear. 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in demo systems as needed. 
Prior experience in A/V systems along with configuration and setup of systems for public demonstration events is required. 
Maintain and update hardware and software needed in support of demonstrations. 
Support the integration and testing of new demonstration capabilities in the bus. 
Perform dry-runs prior to an event verifying each of the demos is operational as designed. 
Brand Ambassador: 
REQUIREMENTS 
Support events as host for guests in the bus. 
Strong communication skills are required. 
Lead the guests through the various demonstrations. 
Manage the audio and video systems during the demos. 
Facilitate demo accessory access to guests.
