Job description

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Education
      • Must have Bachelor of Science degree and be a graduate from an approved school of medical technology. Must be registered as a medical technologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist or be registry eligible.
    • Experience
      • Training accomplished in an approved school of medical technology. Previous experience in a clinical laboratory desirable.
    • Physical
      • Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Exposure to biological and medical hazards. Operates various lab analyzers, centrifuges, refrigerators and freezers, personal computers, printers, telephones, automobiles. Frequent standing and walking. Occasional sitting and bending. Lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds.
