We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacist and Lab manager for a well-established independently owned compounding pharmacy committed to providing exceptional patient care through personalized service and innovative solutions, and community involvement. Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Compounding Pharmacist to lead our location in compounding operations, focusing on non-sterile and sterile compounding. This role also serves as Lab Manager, responsible for lab oversight, staff development, compliance, and provider education.

Professional Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in NC (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in 503A compounding (preferred)
Non-sterile compounding (capsules, creams, troches, etc.)
Sterile compounding experience (preferred)
Familiarity with USP <795>, <797>, <800> and related state/federal regulations
Clinical background in areas such as:
Hormone Therapy, Wound Care, Pain Management, and Ophthalmology Solutions
