Job description

I'm hiring for a Assistant Lab Manager in Hawaii! There is potential for sign-on bonus.

The Assistant Lab Manager assists with directing supervisory staff and the overall operations of the department in support of the company and department mission, vision, shared values and strategic goals; assumes the responsibility and authority of the department in the absence of the Manager; provides leadership by planning, organizing and directing operational activities of the department and works with the Manager as applicable to ensure service levels meet the needs of the clients and patients; and positively represents management and the company.

Location: Near Kalaheo, HI
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; ASCP certification; HI license; prior experience, including leadership
Pay: 87k-113k/yr
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
