Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Extractions Lab team. The ideal candidate will have a science-related degree and prior experience working in a laboratory setting. Candidates with experience in basic lab techniques such as pipetting, syringe use, and reagent preparation are strongly encouraged to apply.

As a Lab Technician II, you will support the Lab by preparing and extracting samples for analysis in our analytical labs. This role involves working with various chemicals, so familiarity with chemical names and formulas is a plus. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory procedures in accordance with accreditation standards and internal policies
  • Conduct routine lab tasks with minimal supervision
  • Assist with maintenance duties under supervision
  • Accurately document data in laboratory worksheets
  • Apply knowledge of chemical names and formulas during daily tasks
