Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Manage all maintenance document control activities for the Cedar Rapids production facility, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
  • Oversee maintenance warehouse operations, including receiving, labeling, stocking, and issuing MRO parts using SAP.
  • Support site contracting strategy and Plant Capital Procurement processes, handling transactional activities related to maintenance and capital projects.
  • Monitor and respond to internal requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution across functional areas.
  • Participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes, updating drawings, records, and documentation as required.
  • Create and maintain equipment records in SAP, ensuring accuracy of Bills of Material (BOMs) and spare parts data.
  • Schedule and manage preventive maintenance plans in SAP PM for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, lab, logistics, recovery, and granulation equipment.
  • Lead equipment handovers for expansion projects and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams.
  • Support ISO and Business Control requirements through document consolidation and audit readiness efforts.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse administration and SAP-based maintenance environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP (material receiving, maintenance plans, PM module, stock parts, TECO).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Solid PC proficiency, including spreadsheet, word processing, and database software applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, accountability, and personal integrity, maintaining a positive and self-motivated attitude.

How You Would Stand Out

  • Previous exposure to plant operations and/or finance environments.
  • Experience creating SAP PM reports for reliability and management insights.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or demonstrated capability and willingness to be trained.
