Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with a certification preparation path through ASCP/AMT.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
