TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Roanoke, Virginia, 24014!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology Lab

Location

Roanoke, VA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Rotating late shifts | No weekends | No on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an Electrophysiology Lab setting, supporting diagnostic and interventional EP procedures
  • Perform scrub duties during EP procedures, maintaining strict sterile technique throughout
  • Execute EKG lead placement, dysrhythmia recognition, and interpretation in a cardiac environment
  • Operate and assist with EP-related equipment including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and EP mapping systems
  • Manage isolation precautions, equipment handling, and supply management within the lab
  • Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
Required Qualifications
  • Valid, active Registered Nurse (RN) state license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • EP Lab clinical experience, including EP mapping
  • Scrub experience in an EP or cardiac cath lab environment
  • Proficiency with Epic charting system
  • Must reside a minimum of 50 miles from the facility per address on driver's license
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with EP and imaging equipment such as Siemens, Phillips, Carto Ensite, and Cardiolab systems
  • Background in cardiac cath lab or interventional cardiology settings
  • Familiarity with fluoroscopy and ultrasound use in a procedural lab environment
