About the Role:

The Director of Lab is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and the implementation of innovative technologies to advance laboratory capabilities. The Director will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and professional development. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in laboratory management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:
