Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $27.00hr - $32.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Possess a Medical Laboratory Medicine degree.
  • Advanced working knowledge of EP Evaluator statistical software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of databases and data structures including tables, hierarchical structures, and flat files.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions at one time.
  • Familiarity with the College of XX Pathologists (CAP) regulatory checklists.
  • Familiarity with chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster diversity, equity and inclusion, representing the communities served.
  • Assist with importing clinical data from the field operations team utilizing statistical application software.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to ensure quality standards are met for the customer base.
  • Diligently enter, create, maintain, and archive designated master data within the span of responsibility.
  • Foster automated and efficient decision making throughout the organization.
  • Apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor its quality.
  • Implement ideas within established parameters.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred.
  • Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist.
