Dental Laboratory Full Technician | Full & Partial Denture Technician
Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Full Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the complete fabrication of full and partial dentures, from initial setup through final finishing and processing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish, including tooth setup, waxing, bending wire, finishing, and processing.
  • Perform denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
  • Complete denture cases according to established laboratory procedures, quality standards, and production timelines.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the denture fabrication process.
  • Follow OSHA safety protocols and applicable dental laboratory safety procedures.
  • Cross-train and assist team members in various areas of the dental laboratory as needed.
  • Periodically serve as Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence.
  • Collaborate with other dental laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Daytime hours during the regular business hours of the dental laboratory and practice.

Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish.
  • Hands-on experience with denture setup, waxing, processing, finishing, repairs, and relines.
  • Ability to successfully complete a bench assessment as part of the hiring process.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dental prosthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented dental laboratory environment.
  • Same-day denture experience is a plus, but not required.
