Job Title: Lab Associate (Microbiology / Molecular Biology)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Associate to support microbiology and molecular biology activities in a fast-paced lab environment. This role will focus on media and buffer preparation, fermentation support, and analytical testing using standard laboratory techniques.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare media and buffers to support laboratory operations
  • Process fermentation samples using standard analytical techniques
  • Perform environmental monitoring and maintain aseptic conditions
  • Conduct cell viability assays and protein analysis (PAGE gels)
  • Assist with fermentation scale-up activities and analytical equipment operation
  • Support microbial identification and perform qPCR analysis
  • Maintain accurate documentation of lab activities
