Job description

PRIMARY POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE:  Lab Lead- OFFLINE Creative
REPORTS TO:  Assistant Manager- Aerie & OFFLINE
SUPERVISES:  N/A
GRADE: 1

PURPOSE

  • Responsible for assisting Visual Creative Coordinators in the build and execution of all window and marketing display elements


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold all corporate visual, marketing, and operational standards
  • Execute all interior and window displays for seasonal floorsets
  • Ensure display elements are completed for all scheduled events and walk throughs
  • Offer insightful and creative solutions to problems
  • Complete tasks at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of detail
  • Assist in window and interior display documentation
  • Manage receiving and storage of marketing elements, props and supplies
  • Assist with photography, how-to documents and time testing for floorsets
  • Exercise quality control on all projects through completion
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Upbeat, positive, individual with strong interpersonal skills who can work and communicate effectively with diverse group of business partners at multiple levels
  • Operationally focused with critical attention to detail, strong organizational and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on projects and problem solve as needed
  • Must be comfortable working with hand tools and have an aptitude for 3D building
  • Minimum 2-year degree. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion-related field preferred
  • 2+ years of retail experience preferred
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software

  • Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
