Renstar is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to operate our in-house laboratory. This role supports clinical operations through specimen processing, CLIA-waived testing, and sample preparation for shipment. This position does not require a licensed or certified laboratory technician.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process blood and other specimens according to established procedures
  • Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing only
  • Properly label, package, and prepare specimens for shipment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with CLIA, safety, and company protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment
  • Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior experience in a clinical, laboratory, medical office, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Comfortable handling blood and biological specimens
