What you'll need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification required; as a condition of employment, application for MA-Phlebotomist Certification must be submitted to DOH within 90 days of hire.
  • BLS Certification required
  • Washington State AIDS Education curriculum required
  • Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications and licenses indicated above, and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of EPIC lab experience preferred

Schedule: Per Diem; Day Shift, 8 or 10-hour shifts
